This is a corrupted data message, where the tablet is unable to properly communicate with the dock. For BasiQ tablets, make sure the tablet is securely mounted on the USB and that it is pushed down into the dock. For ClassiQ tablets, make sure the docking connection on the back of the tablet is pushed securely into the dock. Also check the back of the docking station where the black or white USB cable runs. Make sure both ends of the USb are secure.
