Cannot download patterns from USB

Make sure that your patterns are in the correct file format. They should be .iqp or .dxf. Also double check that the patterns have been transferred from your computer onto the USB. They must be in a folder called "patterns". The file folder is case sensitive and must be all lowercase. Do not insert the USB  into your tablet until you are prompted to do so. If you accidentally put the USB in before the prompt, you may need to reboot the tablet or dock/undock to reset it. This also may be needed if the USB has been removed without the removal prompt.
