One motor is slower to raise

Your engagement strength can affect the speed of motor raising and lowering, so if your strengths are set at different levels, the higher engagement strength motor may take a bit longer to raise and lower. Check that the belt and pulleys are spinning properly. You can attempt to clean them off with alcohol to see if this helps. If the pulleys show any shininess or damage, or the belt is stretched out, replacements can be purchased at www.mcmaster.com. Use part number 3044K503 and select 5” outer diameter. .  Check that the brass colored bolt has not become loose.

- remove the belt
- unscrew the brass screw
- drive it back 4-5 turns, making sure that it is going in straight
- put back the belt
- turn on the power
