Tablet giving message "Plug in power line"

If you have a BasiQ tablet, this message probably means that the docking connection is loose. Undock your tablet and re-dock, pressing firmly at the bottom connection and the middle back connection. If you continue to get the message after firmly re-docking, please upload your logs on the  support page.
