Red light on tablet and battery will not charge

Try removing large battery, placing tablet on docking station and then replace battery. This will "reset" the battery. If the tablet does not charge back to 100% after this, you may need a new battery. Replacement batteries can be purchased directly from TabletKiosk at www.tabletkiosk.com. Go to "Accessories" and "Batteries and Power". Select the battery that matches to your series of tablet.

For BasiQ tablets, you cannot remove the battery, but try switching out the wall charging cord with the machine section (A and B in the troubleshoot) to see if one works.
