Back out to the main menu, select system > interface setup/test > communication test (for update 8.20.15 or later go to Main Menu> Utilities> Configuration> Interface Setup/Test). You will see which component isn’t communicating.
Re-dock the tablet.
Check that all the connections on the interface board on the docking station are fully seated.
If one of the motors isn’t communicating, after doing the above, remove the cover and check its connections.
Copy your logs, then go to intelliquilter.com and fill out the form on the support page and attach your logs. Give a brief explanation of what you observed.
